The FLEX ERA® family is expanding. Meet the new FLEX ERA® 4 Mini — a compact, high-performance off-road LED light built for tight mounting locations where output, beam control, and unmistakable KC style still matter.
Inspired by the performance and design language of the FLEX ERA 4, the FLEX ERA 4 Mini packages four high-output white LEDs, an amber LED backlight, and three interchangeable beam patterns into a square housing measuring just 3.45 inches tall, 3.20 inches wide, and 2.52 inches deep.
That compact footprint makes it a natural choice for ditch-light locations, tight bumper openings, custom builds, and other installations where a larger light may not fit cleanly.

Three Beam Patterns Come in Every Master Kit
Every FLEX ERA 4 Mini Master Kit includes three clear beam options, so you can configure the light around the terrain and the way you drive:
- Combo — pre-installed: A balanced pattern with a concentrated center and useful peripheral coverage for general off-road driving.
- Spot: A focused, long-distance beam for higher-speed driving and maximum reach.
- Wide-60: Broad horizontal coverage for trails, dust, fog, and close-range visibility.
Changing lenses adjusts the shape, intensity, and reach of the beam without changing the light’s raw output. Each FLEX ERA 4 Mini produces 4,684 raw lumens, while the different optics let you put that light where you need it.
Off-road use note: The Wide-60 beam is not SAE J583 certified and should not be represented as a street-legal fog-light replacement.
Powerful White Output. Signature Amber Presence.
The FLEX ERA 4 Mini delivers full-power white trail lighting plus a low-draw amber LED backlight. Use the white output when it is time to light the route ahead, then switch to amber for signature KC presence and added visibility when the main beam is not needed.
With the included harness in the pair kit, the three-position switch provides White / Off / Amber operation. The light can also be integrated with properly rated vehicle AUX switches using separate white and amber trigger circuits.
Compact, Flexible, and Built to Be Used
The square housing does more than create a distinctive look—it gives builders more freedom. The FLEX ERA 4 Mini can be mounted right-side up, upside-down, or sideways. Rotate the lens as needed to keep the KC logo upright and the selected beam properly oriented.
Each light is sealed to IP67 and uses thermal foldback to protect its LEDs and electronics during extended operation. An automotive-grade textured finish and serviceable lens-and-bezel design make it ready for real trail conditions and easy personalization.

The single-light kit is ideal for custom or asymmetric installations. It includes:

A wiring harness is not included with the single-light kit. Use KC harness SKU 6311 or a properly configured, appropriately rated AUX-switch installation.
